Please review your order carefully before you submit it. We follow your instructions for personalization exactly as it is submitted by you. We will typeset your order as you provide it to us. You will notice several of the cards have text in only lowercase or only uppercase, this adds to the uniqueness of the design and the studio will typeset your order as such unless specified by you in our "Additional Instructions" section. 

Production
Each order is individually processed and personalized in our studio and great care is taken on each order. Font size and spacing is determined by the Swanky Paper Studio in order to accommodate text length and to make your personalized notes attractive.

Please allow us the proper production time needed in order to produce your products using the highest standards. Production time is estimated in business days (Monday thru Friday).  Please keep in mind production time is estimated and not a guarantee. We strive to process orders in a timely manner and we can not hold orders once they are done. Orders are shipped as they are completed. We simply do not have the storage capacity to hold orders within our studio.

Proofs
Generally the studio will not send proofs. Orders run smoothly without sending proofs. However, if you require a proof to be sent please specify this in the “Additional Instructions” section.  The studio will typeset the order and send you an image via email for approval. In order to not delay production time, we ask that you respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the proof being sent. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, we will assume the proof is accurate and the order will be process.

                            
Delivery Information
Orders are printed and shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. We take great care in ensuring that your orders are processed within a timely manner. Should you need an order expedited, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will place a rush order through. Additional charges will apply.

Returns & Refunds
At the Swanky Paper studio, we check and double check our products prior to printing and shipment. We make every effort to not make mistakes. Despite our best efforts, errors do occur. When this happens, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem at once.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our paper products we cannot give refunds. If your personalized product contains an error due to our negligence we will reprint it at no cost to you, if notified within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. We will reprint the order as it was initially ordered. Design changes on re-prints are not possible. Again, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, however we will correct the order if it was our error.  

It is our desire that you are completely satisfied with your order. If there is an error due to a mistake on your part we will do all that we can to try to remedy the error prior to printing. If we do not catch it and you do not notify us prior to printing, please contact us once you receive the product to let us know of the mistake. We will gladly re-print the order, as it was initially ordered, at a discount price.  
 

Return Policy

We want you to love your product. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will make every effort to correct any problem you may have. Due to the nature of the personalized products, we do not accept returns.
